VersaBell Maintenance

This course covers the detailed instruction and procedures necessary for maintaining the FANUC VersaBell Rotary Atomizer. The course includes hands-on disassembly, assembly, repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. 
Please note:  Versabell 1 applies to P-200 & P-200E robots.  Versabell 2 applies only to P-500 robots.

Course Objectives: The course will cover:

• Identification of the VersaBell components
• Disassembly of the VersaBell
• Identification of defective applicator components
• Replacement procedures of applicator components
• Assembly of the VersaBell applicator

Recommended safety procedures are integrated into all training exercises.

In addition to presentations and demonstrations, the course offers a series of lab exercises for the student to complete. Lab exercises relate directly to the classroom presentation and are intended to reinforce what the student has learned through hands-on activities.

Audience: This course is designed for personnel who are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the FANUC VersaBell.
