| FANUC Robotics offers both classroom
and hands-on robot lab training |
If you are an
operator, technician, engineer or programmer, you’ll want to
take the iRVision-2D Setup
and Operations Training to learn how to set up, teach, test,
and modify iRVision
applications.
The course will
enable students to identify the components of a vision system,
install vision hardware, develop an application, program the
robot, perform error recovery procedures and follow
recommended safety practices. More
specifically:

Power up and jog
the robot

Set up
communication between robot and teaching computer

Set up and
calibrate the camera

Teach a vision
process (stationary camera)

Teach a vision
process (robot mounted camera)

TPP programming

Troubleshooting
In addition to
presentations and demonstrations, this course offers a series
of lab exercises that reinforce the classroom presentations
through hands-on experience, including recommended safety
procedures.
