FANUC M-410iB robot palletizing construction products. The system accepts both corrugated cases and plastic pails and can run both simultaneously. The infeed system prevents tangling or jamming associated with the pail handles. The innovative gripper includes a servo actuation which collapses the product spacing for pallet loads. Precise product placement creates stable loads, including the nesting of the lids and bases of the pails. A secondary gripper actuation enables the robot to handle empty pallets and place them in each station. |
