Robotic Washing and Deburring |

The new M-710iC/70 FoundryPRO robot, along with an LR Mate 200iC robot and an R-2000iB FoundryPRO robot equipped with iRVision® demonstrate intelligent part handling, deburring and washing. The R-2000iB uses iRVision 3D robot guidance to pick a random part from a cart. The R-2000iB robot then transfers it to the LR Mate 200iC and then performs coordinated motion to optimize the deburring. After the R-2000iB transfers the deburred part to a washing booth, the M-710iC/70 performs high-pressure washing. Upon completion, the M-710iC/70 passes the part by an air knife for drying, then exchanges parts with the R-2000iB which puts the completed part on an output cart and the cycle repeats itself.
