Placing Foam Pads on Insulin Pumps |
|
| |
A FANUC LR Mate 200iC robot is shown vacuum picking foam pads from a roll and placing them on insulin pumps using iRVision. The camera is mounted directly above the feed slide where a snapshot is taken of the two pads over the red backlight. The foam pads are compared to a fixed position where the robot will move to secure the foam pads. The vision correction offsets the positions used when the foam pads are applied to the pumps. |
