Picking Randomly Oriented Packs of Gum |
|
| |
Two invert-mounted FANUC M-430iA robots equipped with FANUC’s iRVision visual line tracking software pick randomly-oriented packs of gum from an infeed conveyor and place them on an outfeed conveyor. Together, the M-430iA robots pick and place product at rates up to 180 parts per minute. An LR Mate 200iC/5F food robot with a multi-pick gripper, picks eight products at once and places them back on the infeed conveyor, four at a time, at rates of 180 parts per minute. |
