Palletizing Presentation Boards of Different Sizes

A FANUC M-410iB robot palletizes presentation boards of different sizes with a fork tool and a vacuum assist. Once the proper unit load is reached, the pallet conveys to the stretch wrapper outside of the work cell. The system accommodates multiple case sizes ranging from 30"x20" up to 120"x48". This system operates at 7.5 cases per minute and 15 pallets per hour. The pallet is automatically stretch wrapped and removed by a fork truck
