Load and Unload Insert Molding Machine |

A FANUC M-10iA robot loads terminals and bushings to a rotary style insert molding machine. The robot also unloads parts from the mold. The M-10iA gives a benefit of a 35 second mold cycle time and consistently produces molded parts. FANUC LR Mate 200iC robots load and unload a test machine. The robots pick from various positions and load the test machine. The robots are also used to run an automatic master routine where they pick parts from a tray to ensure the test machine works properly. |
