Robot Applications

In this assembly demonstration, electric connector pins are moved into the robot's work area along an infeed conveyor. These pins are randomly oriented and are visible to the M-1iA robot through a built-in camera that utilizes FANUC 2D iRVision.

This video is a demonstration of high-speed picking and order loading of the intelligent FANUC M-3iA Robot and the FANUC M-430iA food picking robot.

FANUC R-1000iA/80F "Gakushu" robots use Learning Vibration Control (LVC) and iRVision bar code reading to sort two different types of boxes from a conveyor.

The CHIRON FLEXCELL UNO is a compact unit consisting of a machining center and FANUC LR Mate 200iC robot cell as a low-cost solution for fully automated loading and unloading of work-pieces during machining.

Equipped with iRVision 2D and a color camera, an M-1iA robot picks and sorts pills of different colors. This demonstrates FANUC's unique capability to support customer processes with color features at very high speeds.

In this video the infeed conveyor to the left of this demonstration cell depicts how quickly the M-1iA can pick labels from a label feeder and apply one to each tin that moves down the line.

This video features two FANUC Robots performing coordinated motion - A FANUC M-10iA robot rotates a basketball while a FANUC ARC Mate 120iC/10L robot follows the lines of the basketball with a glass marble. This process is created using Constant Path

This case study features FANUC Paint Robots used in an automated button painting system developed by FANUC Robotics Authorized Integrator Thierica Equipment Company.

In this sand core coating application, a FANUC M-2000iA robot uses iRVision 2D to locate and pick two halves of an assembled sand core.

In this how to video, setup of FANUC PaintTOOL Application Software is demonstrated by a FANUC Robotics Representative. FANUC PaintTOOL Software helps simplify the setup and operation of FANUC Paint Robots.
