Robot Applications

This innovative machine tool system consists of the Hardinge T 51 SP Turning Center, Gosiger Automation Engineering, the Renishaw Gauging System, and the FANUC M-10iA Robot as it loads and unloads the machine tool and gauging system.

A FANUC M-1iA CERT Training Robot uses iRVision to pick copper pipe cleaners of two different colors, that are randomly-located on an incoming conveyor, and place them onto a tray.

This robotic system, developed by KMT Robotic Solutions, features a FANUC R-2000iB/165F Robot used to laser cut small holes into automotive instrument panels.

This M-1iA/0.5S is picking and blister packing weld tips at speeds of 120 picks per minute. Its single-axis wrist offers speeds up to 3,000 degrees per second.

This Deburring Machine, developed by YAC Robot Systems, utilizes a FANUC LR Mate 200iC/5L robot to de-burr aluminum die cast parts. The robot uses an ATI pneumatic deburring spindle to smooth the parts.

This industrial robot application - courtesy of Integrated Design Solutions - features three FANUC LR Mate 200iC Robots as they assemble medical test kits.

In this video, AV&R Vision & Robotics' Automated Leading and Trailing Edge Profiling System creates high precision elliptical profiles on blades according to the engineers' design using the FANUC LR Mate Series Robot.

Premier Tech's Can Palletizing System with two FANUC M-410iB robots palletizes cans of pet food at rates up to 1,500 cans per minute.

three FANUC M-1iA robots work along a conveyor to pick and place small sachets containing a seasoning ingredient, and deposit them into serving cups.

This system includes two FANUC M-3iA/6S four-axis robots as they use conventional line tracking and FANUC Robotics' PickTool application software to locate bags of frozen fruit on a conveyor and case pack the bags.
