Robot Applications

In this automated system, single-serving portion cups are packed into cases for shipment. The cups exit the filler on an indexing conveyor and are delivered to a FANUC M-420iA food-grade robot.

In this automated system, bags of weighting agent are filled and palletized. Empty bags are presented to the M-10iA bag-placing robot via an indexing magazine system.

A FANUC M-420iA is shown packaging chilled and frozen bags of soup. The system packages 40 small bags per minute and 25 large bags per minute.

A FANUC R-2000iB removes trays of lettuce and pours the contents onto a conveyor for packaging. This system is capable of packaging 550,000 lettuce heads per day.
