Dual FANUC M-410iB robots palletize bags at high speeds. Mechanical clamp grippers have automatic servo-controlled adjustment for varying bag widths. System capacity is over 40 bags per minute. In the second sequence, another M-410iB robot with a vacuum gripper securely handles and palletizes bales. It accommodates very tall loads for optimal shipping and transportation efficiency. Next, another M-410iB robot palletizes both drums and bags in the same cell. The unique multi-function gripper handles bags, drums, two different slip sheets and pallets. Product labels are applied in-process to the product. In the last sequence, bags are de-palletized by a M-410iB robot using iRVision. Incomplete loads are tolerated by identifying and processing orphan bags on the top layer. |
