In addition, PickTool allows each robot to pick from a certain section of the conveyor. For example, it can assign half of the robots to pick from one side of the conveyor, and the other half of the robots to pick from the opposite side.

The new R-2000iB/100H robot offers FANUC Robotics' world-renowned performance, reliability and maintainability, and has the speed and payload to make it an ideal fit for palletizing bags, boxes, bundles, trays and other products. It offers a 100kg payload, a 2655mm reach, and is capable of handling product at rates of 20 cycles per minute.

At the show, the R-2000iB/100H will pick and place bags on an in-feed conveyor at three-second cycles, and simulate bag palletizing at 20 bags per minute. In addition, the robot will perform vision-guided box de-palletizing using 2D iRvision (built-in) to locate and de-palletize cases at high-speeds. The robot will also demonstrate slip-sheet handling using iRVision to locate the slip-sheets.
