Robotic Arm Designs

Robotic arm application uses can vary from toy manufacturing to industrial manufacturing. Each node has a stand-alone functioning module designed to facilitate modular construction, which leads to adjustable robotic arms depending on functional requirements.

Robotic arms can be classified between articulated or non-articulated. They are more independent than a simple mechanic arm. Robotic arms can lift small parts with high precision. They have different applications like: welding, painting, and assembly, using end effectors.

FANUC robot arm designs with simplify installation, provide solutions that maximizes achieve capacity within restricted areas and allow high-density installation. FANUC robotic arms are designed with the supreme standards. Click here to learn more about FANUC Robotic arms. FANUC Solution Arm Package uses an exclusive design. There are three solutions available:

  • Spot Welding Solution Arm is a streamlined package designed to minimize cable and hose movements in conjunction with the motion of the robot arm.
  • Arc Welding Solution Arm allows both the arc welding wire and rotating torch axis cables to move freely within the flexible conduit. This improves welding quality by preventing the arc welding wire from swaying with robot movements
  • Material Handling Solution Arm also uses the flexible conduit design to move material handling cables with an offset axis structure freely. This design improves motion speed and range by eliminating cable interference.
FANUC provides the appropriate solution arm for each application.
