FANUC Robotics has offered a new robot the M-710iT robot that is part of the toploader robots family. The toploader is a family of overhead rail-mounted, six axis, and top-loading robots.  The M-710iT robot allows manufacturers improve flexibility in their plant arrangement.

The M-710iT robot is designed for medium to heavy material handling challenges, with a 70 kg payload capacity and a reach of 1,900 mm.  The robot applications are powertrain machining operations, tending of larger plastic injection molding machines and die casting extraction operations. FANUC Robotics offers a variety of intelligent robot-based loading systems designed for agile manufacturing environments. These robots are used for automating machine loading operations to maximize productivity, uptime and earnings.

Some of the applications of the FANUC Robotics’ Flexible Loading Solutions are: machine tool tending, material removal and assembly.
