Robotier Hybrid Robot Palletizer

A FANUC M-710 iC robot is palletizing cases and bags in a RoboTier Hybrid Robot Palletizer. This system is capable of palletizing up to 80 cases per minute. Concurrent stretch wrapping occurs while the robot continues to palletize another layer. Loose spreading of products allow for faster robot speeds and four sided clamping centers the layer on the pallet and a tight uniform layer is deposited.
