Palletizing Bags of Construction Products |
|
| |
In this automated system, bags of weighting agent are filled and palletized. Empty bags are presented to the M-10iA bag-placing robot via an indexing magazine system. An auxiliary opening mechanism prepares the bag for filling and presents it to the robot. The M-10iA robot places each bag sequentially to one of three fill nozzles. Filled bags are discharged on a conveyor and transported to the palletizing robot. The M-410iB robot palletizes the bags, forming a stable load that can be easily conveyed. |
