For this handling application, Ellison Technologies has selected a FANUC M-2000iA/1200 robot to transfer large weldments. This robot was chosen because of its extremely high payload -- The M-2000iA/1200 robot can handle up to 1,350 kilograms.



In this assembly demonstration, electric connector pins are moved into the robot's work area along an infeed conveyor. These pins are randomly oriented and are visible to the M-1iA robot through a built-in camera that utilizes FANUC 2D iRVision.



This video is a demonstration of high-speed picking and order loading of the intelligent FANUC M-3iA Robot and the FANUC M-430iA food picking robot.



FANUC R-1000iA/80F "Gakushu" robots use Learning Vibration Control (LVC) and iRVision bar code reading to sort two different types of boxes from a conveyor.



The CHIRON FLEXCELL UNO is a compact unit consisting of a machining center and FANUC LR Mate 200iC robot cell as a low-cost solution for fully automated loading and unloading of work-pieces during machining.
