Garden products case packing and palletizing

 
 

Features M-410iB and R-2000iB robots case packing and palletizing products. A FANUC M-410iB with a double vacuum gripper, case packs bags of garden products. A metering gate releases 2 bags at a time into the pick zone for the robot. A FANUC R-2000iB is then shown using a multi-function gripper to fill and palletize bags of sawdust. Filled bags are moved clear of the fill nozzle by an auxiliary transfer to allow placement of the next bag. The robot lifts filled bags from the transfer using a clamping, fork-style gripper. The bags are then palletized by the robot, create a neat, stable load for shipment.
