FANUC Robotics offers integrated vision products to enhance the intelligence of our robot solutions. Robot vision software provides precise object location and orientation data to accommodate a wide range of 2-D and 3-D robot guidance applications. Machine vision programs also provide a variety of part identification, error-proofing, inspection, and measurement tools that handle many other common vision guided robot tasks.

The robot vision system allows for extremely rapid pick and place operations, reducing the robotic arm’s cycle time and increasing productivity. Vision guided robots enhance accuracy that cannot be achieved with hard automation, and perform many tasks, such as inspection and measuring, quicker than some manual operations using conventional tools.
