The M-1iA robot is a lightweight, compact six-axis, parallel-link robot designed for small part handling, and high-speed picking and assembly applications. It is available with either a full six-axis or in a four-axis version.

The “Loader Robot” is designed with the reach of a human arm to unload Machine Tools from outside or even mounted inside the MT. Options include standard and long arm units and also a WaterProof unit that is designed to withstand the high pressure spray of certain applications.

These “Solution Arms” are designed to ease the issues with dressout of cables and air lines by allowing them to be mounted in the hollow upper arm and wrist. Payloads vary from 10 to 20 kg and different arm lengths are available.

This versatile unit is available with either a 50 or 70 kg payload. Since all robot cables are enclosed in the unit, it offers good protection in harsh environment, esp. when using the SE, Severe Environment” option.

This popular series is available with a wide variety of payloads from 165 to 250 kg. It is also available with various arm lengths and rack mount configurations.

For heavy payloads from 350 to 700 kg this series of robots allows very large parts to be loaded and unloaded. Some customers use it for handling entire fixtures with the parts already mounted.

The world’s largest, heavy payload robots can make it possible to load and unload parts that were previously handled by large hoists or fork trucks. The payload range is from 900 to 1350 kg with very large horizontal and vertical reaches.

The top loader series of robots allows multiple machines to be unloaded while keeping the floorspace clear for both machine tool access and also the use of inbound or outbound conveyors. Available in payloads from 20 to 200 kg, the top loaders can range from 3 to 70 meters and can unload from the front, the side or the top of the machine tool.
